Never enough
We were anchored off Koh Samui for a month and I would always look forward to going down and spending a little R and R. We weren't berthed to save on port costs but nonetheles it did not deter us from getting on land!
I loved going around the little port (I forgot the name) and enjoying the iced Thai coffee and sitting in the sun with my fellow crew mates. Haggling with the taxi drivers and speeding off to Chaweng just for a little while to let our hair down at the Mango bar or just dip our feet at the beach....mmmmm the beach just can't forget it!
Funny I even found a fellow Filipino at the Chaweng Beach Resort!
It was also heaven doing grocery shopping at Tesco as it had almost evrything we needed and more (had to stop myself from buying stuff we didnt need onboard LOL!)
We even spent the Christmas day at the Fisherman's Village despite the bad weather and at the end of the day going back to the ship, we saw a double rainbow to greet us home back to the ship :-)
I WILL go back to Koh Samui one day!!
